  • Ronald Yazbeck

    Ronald Yazbeck was nominated Senior Executive Officer and General Manager of Bemo Securitisation SAL. – BSEC on January 1, 2010. He is also the CEO of Bemo Investment Firm in Dubai. Since its inception in 1993 Ronald has been involved in BSEC activities, and since 2010 he is fully dedicated to develop through BSEC, the investment banking arm of Banque BEMO.

    Ronald has over 36 years banking experience with the BEMO Group which started in the Credit and Risk Management, followed by various strategic managerial positions with Banque BEMO, Lebanon; Bemo Europe - Banque Privée in Paris, Cyprus and Luxembourg. Among his professional accomplishments, Ronald set-up and developed the private banking activity at Banque BEMO; he also led the joint venture partnerships of Banque BEMO with both, Bank Saudi Fransi, to structure the largest privately owned bank in Syria; and ODDO et Cie, to open an investment firm in Dubai under the DIFC regulations.

    Ronald also participated in the business development activities of Banque BEMO in the GCC region mainly in KSA, Kuwait and the UAE.
    He holds several degrees in banking and finance.

  • Bassam Frem

    Bassam Frem is an Executive Director in the Investment Banking Group at BSEC. Bassam joined BSEC in 2007 and has lead the origination and the structuring of many securitization and equity transactions. He has been in charge of transactions in various asset classes and industries in Lebanon and across the MENA region. Bassam holds a Bachelor of Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut with a minor in Economics. He is also a CFA Charterholder and has been an instructor for CFA preparatory courses.

  • Karim Okais, CFA

    After a few years of experience in Paris in asset management (Oddo Asset Management and AXA Investment Managers) and in Audit (Pricewaterhouse Coopers), Karim joined BSEC in 2010. Since then he has been participating in the business development of the investment banking team, more specifically in the origination, structuring and placement of deals in Lebanon, the GCC and Africa. Karim is today Executive Director in the Investment Banking team at BSEC. Karim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs with an emphasis on economics, from the Lebanese American University where he graduated on the Dean’s Honor’s list, in additional to an MBA from ESSEC with an emphasis in Finance. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

  • Pascale Abdelnour

    Pascale Abdelnour started her career path at Middle East Capital Group, a regional financial institution dedicated to merchant and investment banking in the Middle East, managing HNWI portfolios as well as raising capital for ECM and DCM transactions. Pascale Abdelnour joined BEMO Group in 2006 as a Senior Financial Advisor with BEMO Private Bank, then as Head of GCC Advisory in Dubai with Bemo Investment Firm Ltd (formerly known as Bemo Oddo Investment Firm Ltd). Among her responsibilities was the introduction of ODDO& Cie. product range to investors in the GCC. Since January 2013, Pascale is in charge of origination and placement for Bemo Securitization sal (BSEC) providing investment banking advisory solutions to midcaps with a focus on the Levant and GCC regions. Pascale Abdelnour holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.

  • Pascale Abiaad

    Pascale Abi Aad El Hajj is a Director in the Investment Banking Group at BSEC. She joined the company on June 2006, she started as member of the Administration and Finance Group, working in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources for one year. In 2007, she moved to the Transaction Banking Group. She works on different asset classes including auto loan receivables, trade receivables, mortgage backed loans, operating leases and others. Previously, she worked at Rami Sarkis Accounting and Audit Office. She is holder of a BA in Business Administration – Accounting and Finance from the Lebanese University – Beirut, Lebanon.
