• A subsidiary of Banque Bemo SAL; the latter owing 96% of the shares while the remaining is held by the Public

• The investment banking arm of Banque Bemo SAL

• Regulated by the Central Bank of Lebanon & governed by the directives of the Central Bank & the circulars of the Banking Control Commission:

  • BSEC is bound by the Lebanese Banking Secrecy Law of September 3, 1956

  • BSEC is bound by the Fighting Money Laundering Law no.318 of April 20, 2001

• A member of the Association of Financial Institutions in Lebanon
